Your Free Tinnitus Tracker

Understand your tinnitus pattern. Track what triggers it. Make informed decisions with your doctor.

Why I Built This Tracker

Over my 20 years as an ENT specialist, I’ve seen how much tinnitus affects people, not just the sound, but sleep, mood, and the ability to understand what’s happening.
Most of that suffering comes from a lack of clarity.

This tracker is free. Forever. For anyone who needs to see their tinnitus clearly to make better decisions, with or without treatment.

📊 The Daily Log

Volume, character, triggers. When it’s at its worst? How does it affect your sleep and mood?

📈 Your Trends

See patterns over time. What makes it better or worse? Real data for real decisions.

📋 Clinical Summary

Share your data with your ENT doctor. Show, don’t just tell, what’s happening.

🔒 Your Data, Private

Everything stays on your device. No cloud sync. You control your data.

How to Get Started

  1. Set up your profile: Tell the tracker your tinnitus pitch, how long you want to track, and any relevant medical background.
  2. Log daily: Spend 2–3 minutes each evening recording your volume, what triggered it, how it affected sleep and mood.
  3. Review trends: After 2–4 weeks, look at your Trends tab. You’ll start seeing patterns.
  4. Bring data to your doctor: Export your summary or print a PDF to share with your ENT.

Technical Details & How to Access

No Subscription. No Sign-Up Required.

The tracker is completely free. There is no subscription, no payment, no account required. Just open it and start tracking.

Your Data Is Private. It Never Leaves Your Device.

All your tinnitus data is stored only in your browser, on your device. It is not sent to a server. It is not backed up to the cloud. It is not shared with anyone. Only you can see your data.

Important: Because your data is device-only, if you clear your browser cache or switch devices, your data will be lost. Use the “Export Data Backup” button regularly to save a copy you can keep safely.

How to Access on Your Device

📱 iPhone or iPad (Recommended: Safari)

  1. Open this page in Safari (not Chrome)
  2. Tap the Share button (arrow pointing out of a box)
  3. Select “Add to Home Screen”
  4. Tap “Add” — the tracker now appears as an app icon on your home screen
  5. Open it from your home screen anytime — it works offline and loads instantly
